Weekend minimum reservation stay is 2 nights. Holiday and Derby minimum reservation stay is 3 nights.

Overnight sites are $40 – $50 a night. Rates are for 2 adults and children under 5 are free. $2 per day per extra children aged 5 to 11 years old, $5 per day per extra adult. Rates include one RV and one car per lot. A second car is $1.20 per day for spaces with room for 2 cars. Enclosed or flatbed trailer parking is $50 a month. Tent camping is not all allowed. Electric is included for Daily and Weekly guests.

Prices are based on lot location, size, and amenities (creek front, concrete pad, over-sized lot, preferred location) and include tax. Prices are subject to change without notice; lot rates are evaluated and adjusted every few years. All of our lots are 50 amp service, and we have 50 to 30 amp adapters on site for sale at $25 each. 

There is a $30 Processing Fee for all cancelled reservations. Cancellations must be made at least 2 weeks in advance or you will forfeit your deposit as well. Absolutely no exceptions for any reason because we are turning away other guests to hold a site for you! There is a $50 Late Check-Out Fee for any guest who has not vacated their site by Noon on their scheduled departure day unless a Late Check-Out has been pre-approved by Management. Deposits are $350  for Monthly Long Term, $150 for Weekly Long Term, and $90 for Short Term stays up to 6 days. No refunds for early departure. There is a 4 month minimum stay required to qualify for the discounted Monthly Long Term rates. Failure to meet this minimum stay will result in a full deposit forfeiture. Monthly Long term guests agree to provide a 2 week Notice to Vacate in order to receive a deposit refund. This is because Long Term stays are heavily discounted and the 2 week Notice to Vacate is required to help keep the park booked efficiently.

All Weekly and Monthly Long Term guests must give us a copy of their valid DL’s or ID’s and complete a Rental Application (a downloadable PDF is on the Long Term Application website tab) and be approved before a reservation can be completed. We require RVs to be 10 years or newer (we do give variances to some Airstream and restored classic RVs with a picture pre-approval by Management).  Electric is not included in the Monthly rate. Electric costs will be calculated based on KW usage and is billed monthly and due with your lot rent. Alternatively, guests can put electric in their name with Salt River Electric and save a little money. If you want to extend beyond your original check-out date, a 30 day Notice to Extend is required; otherwise your site could be booked to another guest and you will have to move to another site or find a new park if we don’t have availability. A credit card must be kept on file for rent, electric, late fees, fines or any money owed to the Park not paid in a timely matter by the guest.

Money orders, cash, and checks accepted. Credit cards accepted with a 3.9% service charge passed on.
